Dubai can feel like the most locked down places on earth. This was especially the case when I arrived in the early aughts. We positioned Virgin as the way to break out of all that. Richard Branson told me personally it was the best Virgin launch ever (although he was a little drunk). Grand Prix Winner in multimedia at the Campaign Awards Dubai.
